This Saturday, June 13th is the anniversary of Thurgood Marshall’s nomination to the U-S Supreme Court by then-President Lyndon Johnson in 1967. Johnson said his ground breaking action was “the right thing to do, the right time to do it, the right man and the right place.” Feature contributor Harry Richardson has the story.
