The Schuylkill River flows 137 miles through Schuylkill, Berks, Montgomery, Chester, and Philadelphia Counties before reaching the Delaware River. Philadelphians fish, boat, and live next to these rivers, but what's below the water's surface? Can you eat fish from the rivers? Should you swim in them?
