Bat Fitting and On Deck Routines with the Baseball Performance Lab

Episode 232 Published 4 years, 5 months ago
Description

Why do you swing the bat you do? What was the reason you went with the specific length, weight, handle? Is there a way to identify what specific bat you should be swinging?

On this week's episode, we have Liam Mucklow who is the founder of the Baseball Performance Lab and Micah Gibbs who is the Director of Player Development at BPL on the podcast to discuss Bat Fitting.

I have yet to see anyone in the Baseball world do what these guys are doing from an equipment standpoint. They are using objective information to find the perfect bat for each hitter to maximize their production at the plate.
