A former boxer with alleged links to a bikie gang and the Hadara crime family was fatally shot multiple times in broad daylight in Ascot Vale, Melbourne's north. The victim, Eddie Hustahani, was ambushed in a busy shopping precinct near bars and restaurants before dying in hospital, with police hunting at least one gunman who fled the scene.
