I have been a nutrition coach since 2020, and I started super conservative on food tracking, rarely recommending macros. Six years in, I am now recommending macros as the plan much more often, because the people coming to me are not on their first rodeo with fitness and nutrition, and results are all but guaranteed when people follow the right macros.
