The Screams Outside the Ark: What Genesis 7 Really Means | Beers With Jesus
Published 3 months, 2 weeks ago
Description
In this powerful episode of Beers With Jesus, Todd and Carrie walk through Genesis 7 — the moment the Flood hits.
What happens when God shuts the door? Todd paints a raw, haunting picture of neighbors banging on the hull of the Ark as the waters rise… and the screams that followed.
They explore:
• Why the Bible presents a global flood and what that means
• Peter’s shocking connection: “Saved from the water by the water”
• God’s patience in the last days (“He is restraining Himself on account of you”)
• How to live when your own personal “flood” hits — keeping your eyes on Jesus so you “hardly notice the world melting”
A sobering but deeply hopeful conversation about judgment, mercy, faith, and being found “at your post” when Jesus returns.
