Young and the Restless spoilers hint that fans are in for a dramatic week as July sweeps kick off. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), takes a significant risk, and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is left terrified after a frightening medical diagnosis for her mother, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).

Y&R also features Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) eavesdropping on a conversation between Matt Clark and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn). Matt, under orders from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), attempts to get close to Cane in order to learn information that Victor can use against him. 

Spoilers for Young and Restless showcases a possible romance brewing between Matt and Phyllis. Despite his criminal past, Phyllis seems to have a soft spot for Matt due to his heroic act of saving Nick Newman's (Joshua Morrow) life. Despite the potential backlash from Genoa City, this unexpected pairing might become a reality soon. 

More Y&R spoilers reveal Jack Abbott continues his search for Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), who he believes is being held captive by Patty Williams (Andrea Evans). The plot thickens as Jack suspects that Patty's psychiatrist, Doctor Markham, is the one holding Diane. Fans can expect this storyline to unravel during the July sweeps. 

Young and Restless spoilers indicate Nikki Newman, suffering from worsening headaches and vision issues, receives a potentially fatal diagnosis. Her daughter Victoria, already worried about her mother's health, is left in fear for her mother's life. The diagnosis is so serious that Nikki considers not telling Victor at all. Whether or not Victoria will reveal the diagnosis to her father remains to be seen.
