Recap: Fever’s Win Streak Ends as Dream Score 108, Dominate the Paint
Description
The Fever’s four-game win streak ended Thursday night in a high-scoring loss to the Atlanta Dream, with defense again the biggest concern. Indiana has now allowed 100-plus points in four of its six losses, and Atlanta dominated inside with a season-high 60 points in the paint.
Caitlin Clark debuted her Caitlin 1 shoe and led the Fever with 26 points but was limited late by foul trouble, going scoreless in the fourth quarter. Kelsey Mitchell scored 13 of her 26 in the final period, Aliyah Boston added 23, and the Fever’s Big 3 combined for 75 points. Indiana rallied to tie the game at 93, including a 13-3 run with Clark on the bench, but the Dream closed it out late behind a balanced starting five.
