After four months, a U.S.-Iran agreement to extend the ceasefire and open the Strait of Hormuz has been signed. The Memorandum of Understanding says that Iran will never have a nuclear weapon and also commits funding for the reconstruction and economic development of the country, although the U.S. is not required to contribute.
