In this episode Mitch & Daz get all serious and dive into what it means to be sustainable in the spirits industry and what Scotch Whisky is doing in this area.  They are joined by Distillery Director of William Grant and Sons, Stuart Watts to discuss what the company is doing to reduce its carbon footprint. Along with Carole Roberts from The University College of London, who is the lead researcher on a report that goes into the current climate in Scotland and what that means for whisky making there, which was funded by Glengoyne and their parent company Ian MacLeod Distillers.
