Description
A new report by the Oireachtas Committee on Housing has urged The Government to consider reintroducing an emergency ban on no-fault evictions to help tackle homelessness.
The committee backs a recommendation from the Housing Commission for a referendum to be held on adding a right to housing to the constitution.
