Published 6 days, 3 hours ago
Description
Two young children, one-year-old Harry and five-year-old Katherine, were killed when a car struck them as they crossed a road in Cabramatta with their mother Sok Ram, just metres from their home. The 56-year-old driver underwent mandatory testing and was released without charge as crash investigators work to determine the cause of the tragedy. The grieving parents have publicly stated they forgive the driver, saying nobody could have foreseen such a tragedy.
