Lions Rookie Kendrick Law Out for Season

Lions Rookie Kendrick Law Out for Season

Published 2 days, 6 hours ago
Description

Detroit Lions rookie Kendrick Law’s season is over after tearing his ACL in a non-contact OTA drill—he’s now on injured reserve and won’t return this year. Though not expected to start, Law made a big impression with his grit and fit for the team’s style. Coaches loved his readiness for the pro game and were excited for his return. To fill his spot, the Lions signed three UFL receivers: Lucky Jackson, Tarik Black, and standout Tay Martin, who had a strong UFL season with 42 catches for 483 yards and 2 TDs. All three will battle for roster spots when training camp kicks off in late July.
