Lt: Lina sėdėjo savo jaukioje virtuvėje, kai pradėjo krikti sunkūs lietaus lašai ant lango.
En: Lina sat in her cozy kitchen as heavy raindrops began to patter on the window.
Lt: Ji žiūrėjo pro langą, stebėdama, kaip dangus tapo tamsus ir niūrus.
En: She watched through the window, observing how the sky became dark and gloomy.
Lt: Buvo vasara, beveik Joninių metas, ir įprastai ji laukdavo šios šventės su džiaugsmu.
En: It was summer, almost time for the Joninės celebration, and she usually anticipated this holiday with joy.
