Sl: Anže je stal ob oknu svojega novega doma in opazoval živahno dogajanje v parku.
En: Anže was standing by the window of his new home, observing the lively happenings in the park.
Sl: Bilo je poletje, sonce je sijalo močno in vroče.
En: It was summer, the sun was shining brightly and hot.
En: The air was filled with the scent of freshly cut grass and barbecue.
En: For the first time, he found himself in this closed community, and the sense of anxiety didn't leave him.
Sl: V Ljubljani, kjer je prej živel, ni imel veliko prijateljev.
En: In Ljubljana, where he used to live, he didn't have many friends.
En: He hoped that this would change here.
En: He decided to prepare a traditional Slovenian dish, jota, and bring it to the neighborhood picnic.
En: He thought it would be a good way to start a conversation with his new neighbors.
En: He loaded the jota into a lovely ceramic dish that his grandmother had left him.
En: He sighed as he held the dish, knowing that this was an important moment for him.
En: When Anže arrived at the park, he looked around.
Sl: Ljudje so se smejali, klepetali in uživali.
En: People were laughing, chatting, and enjoying themselves.
En: Despite his doubt, he bravely approached the group standing near the large oak tree.
Sl: Roke so se mu malce tresle, vendar je zbral pogum in počasi postavil posodo na mizo s hrano.
En: His hands were slightly trembling, but he gathered his courage and slowly placed the dish on the food table.
En: In a moment of awkwardness, however, the jota dish slipped from his hands.
En: The dish landed on the ground, and the jota splashed everywhere.
Sl: Anže je zardel, želel je izginiti.
En: Anže blushed, wishing he could disappear.
Sl: Okoliški otroci so se zakrohotali, kar je zbudilo pozornost odraslih.
En: Nearby children burst into laughter, drawing the attention of the adults.
Sl: Nato je neka gospa, soseda z vedrim nasmehom, stopila bližje.
En: Then, a lady, a neighbor with a cheerful smile, stepped closer.
En: "Don't worry, this can happen to anyone," she said and winked at him.
Sl: Ostali so se ji pridružili in počasi so pričeli čistiti zmedo.
En: Others joined her, and they slowly began to clean up the mess.
En: He felt embarrassed, but the warm words and laughter encouraged him to also smile at his clumsines
