The FBI has prevented a planned attack on the White House during a UFC event on the South Lawn. Twenty-three people allegedly conspired to use explosive-laden drones to strike nearby buildings, causing mass evacuation, followed by sniper fire on fleeing crowds and a storming of the White House gates. At least five people have been charged, including a teenager whose concerned mother alerted police, thwarting the plot.
