A memorandum of understanding to end the U.S.-Iran conflict has been signed electronically by both parties, with a formal ceremony scheduled for Friday. Iran and the U.S. will start a new round of negotiations in Switzerland to reach a final agreement after the official start of an interim deal, Iran's foreign minister said on Tuesday. Meanwhile, a ceasefire is expected between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon, an arrangement includes ensuring the terror group cannot resume rocket and drone attacks on Northern Israel.
