The Conference of Speakers and Presiding Officers of the Commonwealth (CSPOC) Africa Region brings together leaders of 63 national and sub-national legislatures from across Africa under the auspices of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA). The forum provides a platform for strengthening democratic governance, promoting fairness and impartiality, and advancing the development of parliamentary institutions throughout the Commonwealth.
