Major Sydney bus route overhaul begins Sunday
Published 1 week, 3 days ago
Description
A major restructure of Sydney's bus network begins Sunday, with dozens of routes cut, changed or introduced across the city. The biggest changes affect the southwest, where nine new routes will replace four discontinued services to better connect passengers to upcoming metro stations. Northern Beaches bus commuters will receive two weeks of free travel from Thursday due to an industrial dispute between drivers and operator Keolis Downer over pay and working conditions.
