Employee turnover in Australia has reached a three-year low, dropping by more than 11% in the past six months as workers prioritise job security during economic uncertainty. The Australian HR Institute research shows that while employees are staying in their roles, heavy workloads remain the leading cause of workplace stress for the second consecutive year. Hiring activity has slowed and wage increases are currently sitting below the inflation rate.
