Former SAS soldier and Victoria Cross recipient Ben Roberts-Smith appeared in a Sydney court seeking changes to his bail conditions after being charged with war crimes. He wants to relocate from the Gold Coast to Brisbane to be closer to his children and attend military ceremonies and social events. Prosecutors are understood not to oppose the bail condition changes.
