The FIFA World Cup is in full swing, and soccer fans from around the world are here in Philly. But some countries have a different tipping culture from here in the United States. And recently, tipping in Philly has reached a new level. It’s everywhere. So will international visitors this summer properly tip our service workers? Because even Philadelphians don’t know when, who, and how much to tip.
