Man arrested after Knoxfield crash with stolen plates

A car with stolen plates crashed into an SUV driven by a woman in Knoxfield, rolling her vehicle onto its side just after 1pm. One man has been arrested while a second offender remains at large. Police seized a machete from the Mazda and deployed the canine squad to track down the fleeing suspect. The injured woman received treatment at the scene before being transported to Dandenong Hospital by specialist paramedics.
