Christofi Investments, the company operating UGG Australia and UGG Originals, has been fined $40,000 for misleading advertising practices. The ACCC found that classic UGG slippers were advertised with discounted prices alongside higher 'original' prices, creating a false impression of savings when the products were never actually sold at the higher price point.
