What is real: it is a proposed bill, not a law. Argentina's president Javier Milei and his deregulation minister floated a new legal category called the non-human corporation, a company that can be run by AI with human owners optional. It does not make the AI a legal person. It builds a corporate liability shield with potentially no human behind it. Thiel is the philosophy and the pattern in the room, confirmed in Buenos Aires and meeting with Milei, but not a documented author of the bill. And the accountability question already has a real-world preview in Honduras, where a private city is suing the entire country for more than 10 billion dollars.
