June 18 "Gender Studies" degree, and future lawsuits.
A friend of mine showed me a resume of a candidate for his company's HR position. She got good grades, but her degree was Gender Studies. 
He said, should I hire her? I told him, "This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. How long do you think it will be untill she finds something that she sees as sexist going on in your company?" 
He said, "I'm completely fair with everybody."
I replied, "Fair doesn't cover it anymore. You have to practice DEI or you will be sued. I hope your liability insurance is up to date." 
I recently saw news of a Christian university that hired a transsexual. They didn't know it, but she/he/it knew it. And soon after, the transsexual sued the university for millions on discrimination.
