The cost of trying to be likeable and professional at the same time and what it looks like to stop doing that.

We talk about what it actually takes to make the shift from working full time to working for yourself, how to treat your business like a business (not just show up in it), and why dedicating time to working ON your business  not just in it changes everything.

Plus the advice we wish we'd had earlier: back yourself in rooms where you feel out of place, fix your self belief before anything else, and remember no one will ever believe in your vision more than you.
