When I started the Juicebox Podcast, the idea was simple: take the things people usually learn the hard way and put them somewhere a newly diagnosed family could find them before the fear got too loud. This song comes from that same place. The words are drawn directly from the podcast — the management series, the interviews, and years of conversations with this community. I worked with Claude, an AI assistant, to shape those ideas into lyrics, then directed the music, voices, and arrangement myself before having it performed by Suno, an AI music tool. The AI performs it, but the podcast wrote it.
