Back to EpisodesEwen Jaouen: New Newcastle 'keeper... keeper?
Published 4 months, 1 week ago
Description
Newcastle have signed Ewen Jaouen, a french U21 goalkeeper from FC Reims, and the lads have been recalled from their summer break for an emergency(-ish) reaction pod.
Chris has a rundown of all the key details, but with a fairly hefty price tag for the highly rated young stopper, how much of a risk is this move? And what will it mean for Newcastle's goalkeeping department?
We also get a bit of expert testament from one of Jaouen's mentors, the former Chelsea coach Christophe Lollichon.
