Dr. Lollie Mancey is an internationally recognised anthropologist, futurist, and AI thought leader helping organisations make sense of one of the greatest societal shifts of our time. With a PhD in Organisational Learning from Trinity College Dublin, her work explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping culture, leadership, trust, work, and human connection.
Currently Head of Innovation at instech.ie and former Programme Director at UCD Innovation Academy, Dr. Mancey is known for bringing a deeply human lens to technological change. She works with global organisations, policymakers, and leadership teams to navigate AI, innovation, and future readiness with clarity, ethics, and imagination.
