May 2023:  Rick Chow, Columbia South Carolina gas station owner, chases down and shoots to death 14-year-old Cyrus Carmack-Belton following a suspected (and disproven) shoplifting incident.

June 2026:  Chow is found NOT GUILTY of Murder.
