Teen charged over fatal Sydney jet ski crash

Description
A 15-year-old boy has been charged with dangerous navigation occasioning death and operating a recreational vessel negligently causing death following a jet ski crash in Sylvania Waters, Sydney South, on 22 July last year. The incident resulted in the death of 15-year-old Mitch Irvine, while the accused, who was 14 at the time and allegedly driving the jet ski, was critically injured and lost an arm. The boy is scheduled to appear in Children's Court on 22 July, exactly 12 months after the fatal crash.
