En: The clock strikes eleven on a cold, rainy morning in Stellenbosch.
Af: Binne die warm koffiehuis, genaamd "Koffie en Klets," sit Elmarie, Johan en Thandi om 'n houttafel naby die kaggel.
En: Inside the warm coffee shop, called "Koffie en Klets", Elmarie, Johan, and Thandi sit around a wooden table near the fireplace.
Af: Die geur van varsgebroude koffie hang in die lug.
En: The aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air.
