In Mexico, the murder trial of Aurora Phelps got underway last week; federal prosecutors allege she used dating apps to meet trusting older men, built relationships with them, then drugged them, drained their accounts, and in at least three cases left them dead. One victim was buried in a Mexico City pauper's grave under a false name for over two years before DNA confirmed his identity.
