Karen Attiah was the last black, full-time staff columnist in the Washington Post’s Opinions section before she was summarily fired via email after 11 years of incredible, thoughtful work. So she filed a grievance and just went to arbitration. Because when we can fight, we must fight. And Karen is doing just that.
