For the final episode in our Dirty Linen miniseries about the Carlton Wine Room, we hear from Binod Gautam, who came from Nepal to study IT, aged just 17. So many Australian restaurants have Nepali people working in them - it's great to hear Binod's perspective on his working life in Australia and especially how much he loves his job as chef de partie at Carlton Wine Room.
