Published 3 months, 3 weeks ago

Description

Welcome to EKA 154! Today we are joined by the CEO of ska themself, the one and only JER of Skatune Network! If you exist on the internet, you are familiar with Jer, who has been building a following over the last decade + with their work in We Are The Union, founding Skatune Network, and the solo work as Jer. We discuss their origins, from the school band to ska sensation that has received acclaim from everyone from Fantano to Brooklyn Vegan. We talk about facing racist dorks in the comments section, bringing the message on the road, and what to expect next from Jer. Along with this we dive into the importance of video game soundtracks, The Clash and so much more! Be sure to catch Jer on tour all summer!
