Description
Join Ellie and Posture Squad member Mirka (who came camping from Shropshire) for her FINAL 'Member Morning' from her current studio. Mirka has an interesting story - she was brought up in Slovakia, moved to Shropshire, walked the Camino de Santiago, loves to garden, trained as a breathwork instructor, is training to be a counsellor and, of course, loves posture!
