When you touch your innermost spiritual centre, you are connecting to your field of bliss and joy. It is through awareness of your experience of Self and all that makes you - YOU. The subtle essence of Prana is described in many cultural traditions as the bringer and sustainer of life. Many traditions say the soul enters the body with that first rush of air in the lungs. Within Ayurveda and Yoga, prana is the most subtle and enlivening unit of energy. It is the field that underlies your physical/mental structure and functioning. Breath is the vehicle for pranic life force. There is a cycle which includes breath that we can create joy, bliss and happiness. I thank you for listening and look forward to sharing again soon.
