For years, Heather and Mike navigated the long and emotional process of international adoption, waiting for the day they could finally bring their daughter Abigail home. During this time, Heather’s Aunt Marion was nearing the end of her life. More than anything, Marion wanted to meet Abigail. Unfortunately, she never got the chance. But after her passing, a series of signs seemed to suggest that Marion had been guiding things from the other side.
