Following yesterday's fiery collision on Hawaii Island, the Department of Transportation plans to declare a traffic emergency zone on Daniel K. Inouye Highway, also known as Saddle Road, from mile markers 5.5 to 28. And there's a new push on Maui to make the island's roads less noisy.
