Opening it up, I find a nice leather pouch that’s clean and perfect for travel. It’s simple to use with a snap button, giving me a secure spot for the razor. And look - the straight razor itself is all metal, which feels sturdy and looks fantastic. When I open it up, I can see how to place the blade in easily with a locking mechanism. It’s neat to find the blades tucked at the bottom; make sure to check there! I counted eight blades total, which is awesome.
I’ve gotta say, I’ve never used a straight razor before, so this is new territory for me. The design feels quite different from my past experiences with safety razors. Once I unwrap the blade, it becomes clear how it fits into the razor. It seems like the little bumps are meant to hold it in place - nice detail!
