But there it is, sitting on New York Governor Kathy Hochul's desk - a bill to officially replace 'mother' and 'father' with Gestating and Non-Gestating Parent' on all official paperwork. Obviously this needs to be mocked into oblivion, it's your civic duty regardless of where you live.
