Elderly couple Diane and Keith Blessing are recovering in hospital after being violently attacked with a knife during a home invasion at their isolated property in northwestern New South Wales. Keith Blessing shot the alleged attacker, 34-year-old Joshua Trethewey, who forced his way into their home early yesterday morning.
