En: The sun had barely appeared over the horizon when Johan climbed into his car.
Af: Sy hart was vol gemengde gevoelens—opgewondenheid, vrees, en 'n diep begeerte om sy broer, Pieter, weer te sien.
En: His heart was full of mixed emotions—excitement, fear, and a deep longing to see his brother, Pieter, again.
