Jennifer English, host of The-Food-&-Wine-Radio-Network, guest hosted the B-C-Food-Newscast to highlight Master Distiller Eddie Russell's 45-year career at Wild Turkey Distilling Company. Eddie began in 1981 with a summer job, eventually becoming a Hall of Fame Master Distiller. To commemorate this milestone, Russell's Reserve is releasing a short-form documentary titled 'His Own Way: The Story of Eddie Russell.' Paired with this is a special release of their 13-Year-Old Limited Edition Bourbon with a commemorative label. This bourbon, featuring complex flavors hand-selected by Eddie, is bottled at 60.6 percent. The special edition will be available for purchase online, at the distillery Visitor's Center, and select retailers. The heartwarming documentary will debut for one day only on June 23, 2026, at select Alamo Drafthouse theaters.
