Marrocka Emu Farm, located near Wagga Wagga in country New South Wales, has been operating for over 30 years as a working emu farm where visitors can interact with Australia's iconic birds. Farmer Ian Marston breeds emus, collects their eggs which take 53 days to hatch, and supplies emu products including feathers for army plumes and oil with high K2 levels used for anti-aging purposes. The farm collaborates with Charles Sturt University on research and offers visitors a unique experience learning about emu farming and the various uses of emu products.
