Well, it would seem the Grundy Express has come to a screeching halt. After a double hungee 3 weeks back, which then turned into struggling to even hit a hungee a week later, it got worse last week when he was left out of the Swans side due to being managed.

And whilst Grundy is in line to return to the side this week, the bad news for owners is Ladhams could remain in the side to form a ruck share, thereby hindering Grundy’s huge ceiling.

We thought it was bad when Gawn had to share the ruck with the rookie in Max Heath, owners of Grundy will have to endure this same roller-coaster.

And how about Grundy’s teammate in Heeney scoring an insane 173?! If you tuned into our Top 5 Captaincy episode “I’m The Captain Now” (which is released every Thursday), you’d have seen he was our #1 ranked captaincy choice with Grundy dethroned due to being rested. If you were an owner we hope you backed him in with the Captains Armband!

However, the good news coming out of our first mid-season bye is we have some juicy premos on the horizon to consider snapping up. With Flanders being ruled out with an achilles for the remainder of the season, it couldn’t come at a better time.
