When people hold themselves accountable there is very little others can offer in the way of correction. Accountable people seek to receive additional downloads and transference of wisdom so that they can become a greater asset to the mission at hand. 

When faced with corrective moments, abrasion is expected yet for a person who regularly uses self-reflection time to understand where the corrections are coming from. They purposefully take ownership and begin to do self-work.
