Meanwhile, Michele drops a shocking revelation during a hike with Lala: Jesse allegedly took out a $300,000 SBA loan during COVID without her knowledge, and now the debt, along with thousands in unpaid interest, could become her responsibility in the divorce. She also claims Jesse couldn't even cover a small portion of their daughter's health insurance. 

Kristen, Zack, and Nia have an honest conversation about concerns raised by Lala and Brittany regarding Danny's drunken behavior. While Nia acknowledges Danny can be problematic when drinking, she remains protective of her marriage and insists they're addressing issues through therapy. Danny later reveals he's working with both a therapist and wellness coach but seems frustrated that the group continues discussing his drinking. 

Jason faces a serious medical setback after learning he needs knee surgery due to a torn tendon, raising concerns about caring for his son and maintaining his bond with Cameron during recovery. 

The group's attention then turns to Brittany's breast implant removal surgery. Friends gather for a crab boil and send her off with plenty of laughs, support, and one unforgettable "RIP" cake. Nia organizes a meal train, while Lala gets emotional discussing how happy she is for Brittany to finally feel comfortable in her own skin. 

At the party, tensions resurface when Lala once again voices concerns about the way Danny speaks to Nia. Nia repeatedly insists their marriage is fine, but Jasmine becomes frustrated, arguing that Lala's feelings are validated more readily than hers were in previous seasons. Later, Jasmine and Kristen have a productive conversation about race, friendship, and feeling unheard, with Kristen listening and acknowledging Jasmine's perspective. 

The episode closes on a surprisingly emotional note as Michele meets with Jesse to discuss divorce paperwork. Despite their ongoing conflict, Michele becomes emotional remembering their early years together and expresses a desire to finally find happiness again after everything she's endured, including the loss of her mother.
